2024 Range Rover Evoque facelift unveiled
Refined and refreshed: Range Rover unveils a facelifted Evoque for 2024.
Range Rover has revealed a facelifted version of the Evoque for the 2024 model year.
Without making significant changes outside, JLR has focused on refining the Range Rover Evoque’s design. The front grille has been reimagined, complementing the sleek lines of the vehicle.
Additionally, slimmer headlights now feature pixel LEDs, while the rear lights have been revised, bringing the Evoque in line with the design language of the rest of the Range Rover lineup.
It is the cabin where the most significant changes have taken place, with upgrades across all trim levels. Central to the new interior is a 11.4-inch floating, curved infotainment touchscreen with JLR’s Pivi Pro operating system that’s now shared with the new Range Rover Velar and Land Rover Discovery Sport.
This larger and more immersive display serves as the central hub for operating various functions, replacing the need for the second screen currently used.
The integration of Amazon Alexa voice-recognition technology adds improved connectivity, allowing drivers to control the car’s functions through voice commands.
A remote app is also available, allowing remote locking and unlocking, interior pre-conditioning and scheduled charges for the P300e PHEV.
The changes inside have created a more minimalist look, and in fact, the gear selector is now the only physical control on the centre console.
Material quality has also received a boost in the Range Rover Evoque facelift. JLR has collaborated with Danish textile company Kvadrat to offer leather alternatives that align with sustainable practices. For those who want traditional leather, options are still available for the time being.
The engine lineup in the Evoque remains unchanged and four-wheel drive and mild-hybrid continue to be offered as standard.
Additionally, the P300e plug-in hybrid variant remains available, albeit with minor tweaks to its battery chemistry. These improvements result in a slight increase in the claimed pure-electric range.
