2023 Subaru BRZ 10th Anniversary Edition price revealed, pre-orders open

Subaru is celebrating 10 years of the BRZ with a limited edition, due in showrooms next year for a $1500 premium over the standard model it’s based on.

  • 2023 Subaru BRZ 10th Anniversary Edition pricing and specifications
  • Costs $1500 more than a Coupe S, only 150 to be built for Australia
  • Blue and black visual accents added, with unique badging
  • Priced from $43,090 before on-road costs

Order books for the 2023 Subaru BRZ 10th Anniversary Edition have opened, ahead of first deliveries due in February next year.

Priced from $43,090 plus on-road costs, the BRZ 10th Anniversary Edition costs $1500 more than the existing Coupe S flagship it’s based on – but adds a number of visual tweaks designed to celebrate a decade of Toyota and Subaru’s joint-venture sports cars.

Only 150 examples will be made available in Australia, with “pre-orders” open now through Subaru Australia’s website, or its showrooms.

Finished exclusively in WR Blue Pearl, the 10th Anniversary Edition adds matte black 18-inch wheels, gloss black mirror caps, a black BRZ badge on the tailgate, and an internal badge with each vehicle’s number out of the 150 Australian cars.

There’s also a new blue and black interior with blue seat accents and blue contrast stitching – replacing red on the Coupe S – plus black air-conditioning dials and centre console buttons, and a 10th Anniversary logo on the door trim.

No changes are made under the bonnet, where a 174kW/250Nm 2.4-litre naturally-aspirated flat four-cylinder and a choice of six-speed manual or automatic transmissions remains.

Toyota is planning its own version of the anniversary edition, known as the GR86 10th Anniversary, with similar upgrades to the Subaru – but finished in orange, not blue.

The 2023 Subaru BRZ 10th Anniversary Edition is available to pre-order now, ahead of first deliveries in February.
