2020 Audi S8 unveiled
The Audi S8 sedan has been unveiled, and will be available across Europe later this year. Under the bonnet there's a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 rated at 420kW of power and 800Nm of torque. With those types of numbers, it's no surprise to see all-wheel drive is standard. The mild hybrid drivetrain is fitted with a 48V belt alternator starter and a lithium-ion battery pack to improve fuel economy by 0.8L/100km.
